Louis Krubich is the founder of Malka Media. Louis grew a startup of 4 hungry guys into a full-scale content studio employing close to 50 full-time employees.

Louis comes from very humble beginnings in Moscow, Russia. After coming to the United States as a child and moving from Brooklyn to New Jersey, his path led him to Viacom. After working in several different departments for the company, the idea of Malka was born. In just 5 and a half years Malka has been behind major events like the Mayweather McGregor fight, worked with athletes like Lebron James and countless NFL players, created branded content for major brands like Johnson & Johnson, Ray-ban and dozens of others. I have been there to watch it all and for the first time publicly we discuss how it all happened.

But this episode is far from a sales pitch. We talk a lot about work-life balance, the accessibility of new technology and what it takes to break-in to the business today, marriage, divorce (mine), and the choices creatives make daily when deciding their own paths. Another can’t miss page in the manifest.
